Atrium

How people opt in to Atrium Chat TV texts.

Atrium Chat TV lets a person respond to a TV or video ad by text. This page shows how a person opts in, what they receive first, and how to stop. It supports the messaging program described in Section 12 of our Terms of Service and Section 14 of our Privacy Policy.

1. The ad shows the call to action

In Atrium Chat TV ads, an on-screen banner shows the keyword and the number to text. In this sample 15-second ad the banner stays on screen for the whole spot and reads:

Start a chat with Atrium. Text ROOF2 to (833) 391-5860

Ads show the toll-free number (833) 391-5860. The same keywords also work when texted to Atrium short code 370272.

2. The person texts the keyword

The person sends the keyword from their own phone to the number shown. Sending that text is their consent to receive replies about the ad. Atrium never texts a number that has not texted first, and a person is never added to a marketing list.

3. Atrium's first reply carries the required notices

The first reply in a conversation includes message frequency, the rates notice, and STOP and HELP instructions. Atrium adds them automatically if the advertiser's own message does not already say them. For example:

Hi, this is [Advertiser name]. What's your zip code? Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

4. How to stop, restart and get help

5. Atrium Account Messages

Our second text program is for advertisers who manage their Atrium account by text. Account holders opt in by texting ATRIUM or SIGN UP to (833) 391-5860, or by linking their mobile number in the Atrium app and entering the six-digit verification code we text them. Details are in Section 12.1 of our Terms of Service.
